From October 19 to October 21, 2018, the company organized 30 employees to go to Qingyuan xinyinzhan hot spring team training base to participate in the development activities with the theme of "smelting efficient team".
       Before the formal start of the class, the coach first set up a small team through a series of military requirements. Then a series of happy activities were carried out to create a team atmosphere and establish the basis of mutual trust. All the staff were divided into three groups and had a big competition on Da Vinci Code, angel's hand, jumping out of the real self, landing on the beach, walking together, charisma of leaders, crossing the beacon line, graduation wall and other activities. Among them, the Da Vinci code makes us realize that the success of a team can only be achieved through effective internal communication, reasonable planning, implementation and follow-up in place; the hand of the angel and jumping out of the true self are high-altitude games, and each member must be bold and careful, United and friendly, dare to challenge, encourage each other and overcome fear. The days we have gone through together let us We understand the trust, responsibility and gratitude; the graduation wall let us understand the team cohesion, never give up, never give up the charm of team spirit.

 


 
      The strength of the three groups is equal, each has its own merits, but we are not comparing the high and low, but in the process, what you have gained, what you have learned, what obstacles have been brought to your work by the previous working mode and behavior mode, and what impact has the distortion of upload and release brought to the execution.
 
Through this expansion activity, each group saw the advantages and disadvantages of the group, and also felt the importance of cooperation and communication, decision-making and execution, which laid a good foundation for future work.
